I have to give credit to Stan for my introduction to WordPress. He has put a great many hours into indexing the articles contained on the website by subject area as well as by author. The purpose of this post is to highlight a page of his website which contains a list of all the article series Watchman Magazine has published. The list is grouped by year along with the author and the date the series appeared If applicable.
    I hesitate to list all of his topics here, however, I did want to mention a few. Recently he’s done an excellent series on the A.D. 70 doctrine. He has also recently done studies of the Holy Spirit and Bible authority. He has some very good material on marriage, divorce, and remarriage as well as “Unity in Diversity.” I highly encourage a visit his website.

I can only assume this was delivered by Lewis Willis at the funeral of his mother Wilhelmina Elizabeth Thompson Willis. With Mother’s Day approaching and some discourse occurring in the political arena regarding the value of stay-at-home moms, this piece is especially poignant. This article has several stories which tug at the heart strings, will make you smile, and remind us of the importance of this irreplaceable role both to the family and to society at large. In regards to her value, I am left with the question “Where else could she have invested her talents that would have meant more to her, her family, and to the future of the Lord’s church?”
